About the 2-hour minimum

We bill a minimum of 2 hours ($320) regardless of how quickly the primary task is finished. If we complete your main job early, we use the remaining time to work through other items on your list — hanging art, tightening fixtures, caulking gaps. You never pay for idle time.

Pricing FAQ

Common pricing questions

Why do you charge a 2-hour minimum?

Setup, travel, and cleanup take time regardless of the task. The minimum ensures we can do the job properly and fill any extra time with other items on your list. You never pay for idle time — we stay productive until the clock runs out.

Do materials cost extra?

You source the materials and we provide the labor. Basic consumables like fasteners, anchors, screws, caulk, and drill bits are included at no charge. For larger purchases (paint, flooring, fixtures) we can advise on what to buy and how much.

Is there a travel or trip charge?

No travel charge within the Denver Metro service area. The flat hourly rate is the only rate.

Can I combine multiple services in one visit?

Yes — and most clients do. Hanging blinds, assembling furniture, and patching a wall in the same 3-hour visit is exactly how we are designed to work. List everything when you request an estimate.

Do you give fixed-price quotes?

We provide time estimates per task, not fixed prices, because real homes have variables. Our written estimate includes a time range so you know the minimum and maximum cost before we start.

What if my job takes longer than estimated?

We communicate in real time. If a task is taking longer, we tell you before we exceed the estimate — you decide whether to continue or stop.
