These Terms govern your use of the Denver Handy Co. website and the services we provide. By using the site or requesting work, you agree to these Terms.

Estimates and quotes

Estimates are based on the information you share with us and a visual review of the work area. If the scope of work changes — for example, additional repairs or hidden conditions are discovered — we will discuss the change with you and provide an updated estimate before continuing.

Scheduling and access

You agree to provide safe, timely access to the work area. We do our best to arrive on time and complete work as scheduled, but timing may shift due to weather, prior jobs running long, or material availability. We will communicate any changes promptly.

Payment

Payment terms are stated in your estimate or invoice and are due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Past-due balances may incur reasonable late fees.

Workmanship warranty

We warrant our workmanship for one (1) year from the date of completion. If something we installed or repaired fails because of how we performed the work, we will return and correct it at no additional labor cost. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by others, misuse, accidents, acts of nature, or pre-existing conditions, and it does not extend to materials covered by a manufacturer's warranty.

Customer-supplied materials

If you provide materials, we will install them as requested but cannot warrant the materials themselves. Any defects, incompatibilities, or shortages in customer-supplied materials are not our responsibility.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to the services or this website is limited to the amount paid to us for the specific work giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule a visit at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or no-access visits may incur a trip charge to cover travel and reserved crew time.

Use of the website

The site is provided "as is" for informational purposes. We may update content at any time. You agree not to misuse the site or attempt to interfere with its normal operation.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Englewood, CO.
