Send the whole list. Most homeowners have 5–15 small items backed up; our two-person crew is built to knock them out together instead of scheduling separate visits. Text or email photos ahead of time and we'll arrive with the right hardware and materials.

We handle non-licensed handyman scope: faucet and fixture swaps, toilet seat replacement, garbage disposal replacement, light fixture and ceiling fan swaps, outlet and switch replacements on existing circuits. Anything that needs new circuits, panel work, or open wall plumbing goes to a licensed pro — we'll tell you before we start.
