We handle non-licensed handyman scope: faucet and fixture swaps, toilet seat replacement, garbage disposal replacement, light fixture and ceiling fan swaps, outlet and switch replacements on existing circuits. Anything that needs new circuits, panel work, or open wall plumbing goes to a licensed pro — we'll tell you before we start.

Either way. We can bring standard hardware, caulk, patch material, and consumables; for fixtures, hardware, and finish items you've picked out, have them on-site and ready. If you'd like us to source specific items, share the model numbers and we'll add materials to the quote.

Yes. We carry the ladders, scaffolding, and extension equipment needed for tall entry foyers and vaulted great rooms common in Cherry Hills Village. For very tall or open-stair spaces, we may schedule those areas as a dedicated half-day so setup time doesn't eat into the rest of the punch list.
