Yes. We work with owners and property managers on move-out repairs, tenant turnover punch lists, and unit refreshes. Send the list and we'll quote it as a single visit.

The main thing: make sure we have clear access to the work areas. Move fragile or sentimental items from walls we'll be patching or rooms we'll be painting. If you have pets, a safe room or a plan for keeping them out of work areas makes the day smoother for everyone. For painting projects, remove what's on walls you want painted — we'll move furniture and cover floors. If you've purchased materials, have them in the room they'll be installed.

Yes, with prior arrangement. We require written authorization from the property owner and ensure a current tenant or property manager is available to let us in. We document the work with photos from start to finish and send the walkthrough to the owner rather than the tenant.
