- Is there a minimum charge for small handyman jobs?
- No. We charge $80/hr flat — not per person, no minimum, no trip fee. You pay only for the time we're on the job.
- Do you charge a trip fee to come out for one small repair?
- No. There is no trip charge within the Denver Metro service area. The flat hourly rate is the only rate.
- Can you do several small jobs in one visit?
- Yes — and most clients do. List everything when you request an estimate and we'll work through your whole to-do list in one visit.
- Do materials cost extra?
- Materials are billed at cost with no markup — or you can supply your own. Basic consumables like fasteners, anchors, screws and caulk are included.
