Several boxes of flat-pack outdoor furniture — a wicker set, ottomans, a storage box and a sofa base — with the usual vague diagrams and hundreds of fasteners. We staged the build in the garage, sorted hardware by step, assembled and torqued everything, then placed the finished pieces outside and hauled the packaging away.
The problem

Full inventory before the first bolt, staged assembly on a protected surface, and a final torque and wobble check on every frame.
